Phase II of Kent Station offers women's fashion retailers including Coldwater Creek, Chico’s, J. Jill, Christopher & Banks, and Ann Taylor Loft .  Phase II also welcomed Panera Bread Co, Games Work Shop, Portrait Innovations, See's Candies, The Mac Store, Qliance, H&R Block, Road Runner Sports, United Studios of Self Defense and Justice Just for Girls.

Kent Station is continuing to grow, Phase III is in planning stages, offering residential live/work lofts and Phase IV will be an addition to the GRCC extension with additional retail. Kent Station 4, a 76,000 SF 4-story mixed use building is under construction now, with a target opening date of late summer 2009.
