  • We hope knowing about everything so far in advance will help you with your planning (staffing, donations, etc) and make it more possible for you to participate!

KENT POLICE WEEK - CULMINATING ON FRIDAY, MAY 14th

A group is putting together 250 gift bags for each officer and PD admin staff. Let's show our support for the Kent Police!

1. Do you want to contribute 250 coupons/swag items? 

2. Do you want to be added to a Kent Station coupon that Cynthia will create? (valid until June 14)? 

3. Do you want to bring a platter/tray/box/bag of treats to the PD on May 14th?

Your info/items are needed by May 4th.

PUTTING TOGETHER A 5K - TWO WEEK EVENT WITH THE KENT DOWNTOWN PARTNERSHIP

STEEL DRUM BANDS PERFORMING IN THE PLAZA - FRIDAY, JUNE 18th

Just a heads up that we are hosting steel drum bands (students from the Kent & Edmonds School Districts). They will perform for a few hours and there will be multiple restaurant fundraisers going on. There are around 80 musicians all together, they will come with family and friends...

LADIES NIGHT OUT - THURSDAY, JUNE 24th

One of the most fun events of the year! We are hopeful that we can bring it back this year... We sell tickets since it's a fundraiser for Kent Youth & Family Services. Click here to see what was offered in 2019 to give you a reminder/example (it's not updated for 2021 yet obviously). The event will be held in the breezeway over by William James/Hand & Stone (unless it rains... Then we will figure out a plan B but we will hope for sunshine!!!). Click here for photos from 2018.

1. We will stuff 50 VIP goodie bags with items of value. Do you want to contribute a coupon? Swag? Whatever is it -- we will need 50 items.

2. We will put together raffle prizes. Can you donate a prize or two? Gift cards, product, etc...

3. Do you want to set up a booth and offer something of value (a massage, sample, experience of some kind...)?

4. RESTAURANTS - do you want to be on the schedule to come by during the evening with some sort of "light bite" food item?

SUMMER CONCERTS - WEDNESDAYS JULY 14 - AUGUST 18 | 6 - 8pm

CAR SHOW + AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY (ACS) FUNDRAISER EVENT -

SUNDAY, AUGUST 22nd | 11am - 2pm

Our 3rd Annual Car Show will be a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society - Relay for Life of South King County. It will be a fun and meaningful day.

1. Do you want to sponsor one (or more) of the car show categories? $75 - means your name will be on the trophy for that category and provides the prize. OR you can donate the actual prize valued at $50 (like a $50 gift card or $50 worth of product) plus pay the additional $25 to cover the cost of the trophy. 

2. Do you want to be a bigger event sponsor? Email Cynthia and we can figure something out to give you extra exposure as part of this event.

3. Will you donate a prize for the raffles? We will sell raffle tickets to raise money for the ACS.

4. Do you want to participate in any other way? Set up a booth at the event, walk around handing out coupons, offer a special deal to people who come in and mention the car show???

Your info is needed by July 1st, actual items are needed by August 10th
